HOW IT WORKS
Before you begin, there are a few things you should know...
- If you need to pay by check, please fill out our paper registration form (click here to print form) and mail it and your check to us.
- If registering online, you will be expected to pay here using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club) through our secure payment system.
- You can register as many people as you need with our online system.
- If paying for multiple registrants with one credit card, our system will allow you to add as many people as you need before you go through the payment process.
- If paying for more than a dozen registrants with one credit card, contact us and we’ll help speed up the registration process.
- If registering multiple people with multiple credit cards, run through the registration process once for each credit card to be charged, adding as many people as you want before going through the actual payment process with each card.
- In the following pages, we will walk you through registering for the conference and our wide selection of pre-conference offerings, then the secure payment process.
- Information you provide here will be used to make name badges and tickets, to send confirmations, and to contact you if there is a problem with your registration.
- This information will not be shared without your permission.
- By registering for this Southern SAWG conference, participants give Southern SAWG permission to use photos and video footage captured in the context of the conference for educational, promotional and archival purposes. Individuals are not allowed to photograph, audio record or video conference events without permission from Southern SAWG.
- The status column on the right of the page will indicate for what you have registered at every step of the way.
- The bar at the bottom of the page will indicate how far you have progressed through this short registration process.
